The Clementine Spritz follows suit: vivid Cara Cara orange, gently bitter, effortlessly composed. Proof that elegance doesn’t need to shout—and citrus doesn’t need to be sweet.

• 2 oz Paramour Cara Cara Orange
• 3 oz dry prosecco
• 1 oz soda water
• Optional: ¼ oz fresh lemon juice (for extra snap)

Build
Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add Paramour Cara Cara, top with prosecco and soda, and give a light stir. Express an orange peel over the glass and drop it in.

The Adele Spritz is our quiet tribute: light, floral, effortlessly elegant, and far more refreshing than a brooding French novelist. It’s the kind of drink you sip while letting someone else be dramatic.

You'll Need

• 2 oz Paramour Elderflower
• 3 oz dry prosecco
• 1 oz soda water
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• Mint sprig
• Lemon wheel

• 1 oz Paramour Elderflower
• 1 oz lychee juice (from canned lychees, strained)

Shake
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 10–12 seconds.

Double-strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora. Garnish with 3 coffee beans or a thin expressed orange peel.

Accuracy notes (so it actually works at home):

• Using hot espresso is fine—the hard shake with lots of ice chills it quickly and creates foam.
• If your espresso is older than ~1–2 minutes, you’ll usually get less foam. Freshly pulled helps.
• “No sugar” here means no added sugar/syrup—your sweetness comes from Paramour Cara Cara. (If you include coffee liqueur, it will add sugar unless you find a rare unsweetened option.)

You’ll Need

• ¾ oz Paramour Cara Cara Orange (standing in for bitters + sweetness)
• ½ oz pear juice (fresh or high-quality bottled, unsweetened)

• Optional: pear slice (thin)

Build

Why this works (accuracy):

• Cara Cara provides citrus oils, gentle bitterness, and sweetness, replacing traditional bitters and simple syrup.

You’ll Need
